The 10 Principles of Good Parenting

The10 Principles of Good Parenting

What is parenting?

Parenting is the process of promoting and supporting the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of a child from infancy to adulthood.

Parenting refers to the aspects of raising a child aside from the biological relationship.

Being a parent is one of the most fulfilling experiences a person can have. The most important thing a parent can give their child, however, is a sense of being loved.

The goal of parenting is to help your child develop into a decent, self-confident human being, and NOT to show them who’s the boss in your family or to instill fear!

Good parenting helps foster empathy, honesty, self-reliance, self-control, kindness, cooperation, and cheerfulness. It also promotes intellectual curiosity, motivation, and desire to achieve.
